Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong product so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept requests for refunds on sale items or gift cards.
Shipping & Return Policy
We do our very best to get orders out as soon as possible, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery dates or times. Shipping will be negotiated depending on the quantity and the destination. We can ship to any address in Europe, America and Asia. Note that there are some restrictions on shipping to certain destinations. Please note we CANNOT guarantee when your order will arrive. During busy times such as the Christmas period, deliveries will take longer. During bank holidays, deliveries will take longer as couriers & An Post do not operate on bank holidays. Sometimes, unfortunately, we may be out of stock of a product that you order. If this happens, we will call you and either offer you an alternative, refund you, or give you the option to have it sent out at a later date.
You may seek a refund if products are received faulty with no fault of your own, have defects that were not obvious, or we did not bring to your attention. However, the refund must be requested within three days of delivery, and you may be asked for proof of purchase. Terms & Conditions (Bulk Order)
BULK ORDER TERMS: We offer only 0.4 KG as a free sample, including shipping fees.
We ship the samples worldwide by DHL Express.
The customers can arrange the shipping themselves.
Sample over 0.4 KG is subject to change.
We are allowed to send up to 5 kg as samples per shipment.
A phytosanitary certificate to import your samples is free of charge.
An agreement contract will be signed and authorized as a part of the export procedure.
